The round 5 lb cannot be lifted from the cap as the plastic is weak and flexes causing the container to fall leaving you with the lid in your hand and a mess on the floor!! If you get stuck with the round container use two hands and don't lift from the lid. 3. Scoop is way to big. Unless you are on steroids you don't need that much protein. I still use their original scoop from years ago that is much smaller. Plus smaller scoop mixes better and doesn't cause stomach irritation. I would recommend using only half of the scoop they provide now...plus it will last longer in doing so.

Pieces of plastic in with powder
I have found pieces of plastic in two different containers of powder. The first time it was two small sharp shards and in the second a bigger flexible piece of plastic. I do not trust the quality of Body Fortress products.
